The owner of the guesthouse was very friendly and kind. I arrived at 11 AM but was allowed to check in immediately, even though I was supposed to check in at 2 PM, and without any additional fees. And remarkably, despite the budget-friendly price, the room was very tidy and the bathroom was clean.

In my opinion, if you want to go to Mangunan, it's really good to stay here because it's quite close, and the Heha Sky View is also close. But unfortunately, it was raining when we arrived, so we didn't go anywhere. The guard was very friendly. In the room there was a gallon jug and other complementary things like soap and tea. It's really good for just staying one night. Next time I go to Jogja again, I'll stay here again.

location near T4 heha sky view tourism, pengger pine, becici peak and mangunan fruit. super good service, mas rudi who has experience working in a star hotel,. the room is quite clean and neatly arranged. even though using a fan, it's still cool..

The location is good, not that far from the city of Jogja.. if you want to go to the pine forest, there are many choices. If you don't use a fan, it's better to use an air conditioner. Maybe use a fan during the day.. I recommend it.

The room is clean, the mother smells really good even though checking in via video call. Those who want to stay here both have to be married, you have to take a photo of proof of your marriage certificate/marriage photo first. In front there is a good angkringan for eating 3 cat's rice for breakfast 🤭. Even though there is no air conditioning, there is only a fan, but at night it is really cold.

Beyond the expectations of the photo, it turns out: 1. Homestay, similar to a boarding house. 2. There are only 5 rooms. 3. Room area 3x4 m. 4. There is no swimming pool like in the photo. 5. Get a scented towel but no soap or toothbrush. 6. There is no wifi.

Comfortable atmosphere, close to Pina Gerger, Becici Peak and others. It's cold especially at night and in the morning. The room facilities are very complete, coffee, sugar, tea, mineral water. Excellent.

The place is very clean, fragrant, very homey. It's not noisy, the bathroom is super clean, smells good, the price is cheap, the owner is also friendly, the sharia is maintained, I recommend staying there, 5 km from the Mangunan fruit garden 😁.

A place to stay with a rustic atmosphere and comfortable home-like rooms, close to tourist attractions. Prices are also very affordable and the friendliness of the managers who are happy to help. The right place for a budget staycation to find tranquility in the very close Pengger pine forest.
