Awesome place for family vacation, kids love it and my family very happy. From the balcony we can see the lion..very exciting. In the morning we can direct to Jatim Park 2, and near to other place for vacation

The room is very clean, warm and comfy. We can see the beautiful view from the balcony. The service from all hotel staff is very good and helpful. When we eat at the restaurant, we can see the animals from the restaurant. I will come again and stay more longer here,for sure.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. As for the room facilities, one thing that needs to be improved is the availability of clothes hangers. The atmosphere is very comfortable, perfect for a vacation.

Staying here gives you a free day at Jatim Park 2. It's very convenient, especially if you're on holiday with kids. Unfortunately, the food here wasn't very good, but the restaurant's atmosphere is very nice. Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't have a swimming pool. But overall, it's quite satisfactory.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, even though it is an old hotel. The check-in process took a long time, I had to wait until 2 o'clock, after 2 o'clock it was delayed again until 2:30, because I had waited for more than 2 hours so I grumbled a bit, then I was given the key.. please improve the customer service.. it's not comfortable for guests to be made to wait so long.. I ordered an executive room but there was no balcony and only a window that was not too big.. so I was not satisfied. Breakfast opens at 7 am, at 6:30 there was already a queue in front of the restaurant and it was still closed, maybe they were fighting for the dining chairs that could rotate around.. but for the room rate, sorry for the overprice.. thank you

The kids are happy because the room has a zoo view, they can see some animals from the zoo, the Jatim Park 2 ticket is valid for 2 days, so you don't have to worry about not exploring enough in 1 day.
