Awesome place for family vacation, kids love it and my family very happy. From the balcony we can see the lion..very exciting. In the morning we can direct to Jatim Park 2, and near to other place for vacation

The room is very clean, warm and comfy. We can see the beautiful view from the balcony. The service from all hotel staff is very good and helpful. When we eat at the restaurant, we can see the animals from the restaurant. I will come again and stay more longer here,for sure.

It was a pleasant stay at the Pohon Inn Hotel. The place is comfortable and the facilities are quite complete. Even more appealing is the rotating restaurant with a direct view of the zoo. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The only downside is that there's no swimming pool, so if you're bringing small children and want to swim, you'll have to go to Jatim Park first.

The room is spacious... Clean... Friendly staff... And the location is close to Jatim Park 2, very suitable and can visit Jatim Park 2 for 2 days... This is the second time staying here... Okay, it doesn't disappoint.. The food is more traditional... The fried rice is delicious.

If you want a higher floor soo you have to reserved deluxe room WITH BREAKFAST!
The TV feels old, with less channel you can watch, there's no USB that you can connected, no netflix no youtube, absolutely less entertain!
Overall it's a good place just to take a rest for a while.

Please replace the sheets and blanket with clean ones. I apologize for leaving hair on the hotel blanket when I first checked in. I'd like to have the sheets changed, but I'm just too lazy to go through the hassle.
But the other facilities are okay.
