Awesome place for family vacation, kids love it and my family very happy. From the balcony we can see the lion..very exciting. In the morning we can direct to Jatim Park 2, and near to other place for vacation

The room is very clean, warm and comfy. We can see the beautiful view from the balcony. The service from all hotel staff is very good and helpful. When we eat at the restaurant, we can see the animals from the restaurant. I will come again and stay more longer here,for sure.

The room is clean, comfortable, quite spacious, but it's not very soundproof and there are no hangers for hanging clothes, but the view is nice, directly facing Mount Panderman.

Overall, everything is good. There's a small complaint about the TV's analog features, which don't yet support YouTube and Netflix. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

First time staying at this hotel even though I've been to Jatim Park 2 4 times, Hotel with a unique jungle concept from the lobby, restaurant, and surrounding yard feels like entering the jungle. The staff are friendly, the room is quite spacious, clean, beautiful interior, clean toilet, and the view is really nice Mount Panderman, The breakfast is complete and delicious and there is a rotating seating area so you can have breakfast on the table and chairs while looking at the animals beside it. Hopefully given the opportunity to stay here againRecommended...👍

Hotel with access to jatimpark 2 is just a step away. Choose an executive room with a beautiful view of the zoo & mountains 😍
Spacious room & bathroom with bathtub. The restaurant is cute, you can go around and see the view of the zoo & there are also many variations of food

I was really happy to be able to stay here with my family because the service was friendly, the room was clean, there were lots of food options and the place for breakfast was really good because there was a rotating table so you could eat while watching the animals...

The location is very close to the Secret Zoo, even from the hotel balcony you can see monkeys, bears and various birds because it is directly adjacent to the Zoo. In the lobby there is a Gorilla dancing with a guitar and ketipung which makes children really like it. During breakfast you can also choose a chair that can rotate so you can see the Lions and bears directly during breakfast. Highly recommended for those who are on vacation with children

This hotel is very worth it, if you want to recap with a vacation to JTP 2, the entrance ticket can be used 2x if you stay at Pohon Inn. The staff and employees are very friendly, the rooms are very spacious, the hotel view is the city light of Batu / zoo, there is a refrigerator. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel are very good. Suggestions for the balcony fence to be repainted, because it is very visible to be peeling, and add hairdryer facilities in the hotel bathroom, and just a suggestion for the parking lot for hotel guests to be closer to the hotel, because it is too far to walk to the hotel area, and for the elevator in my opinion it is very narrow. But the rest is all good
