This hotel is very suitable for those who are traveling in the city of Banda Aceh, close to tourist attractions in the city, Tsunami museum, Baiturrahman mosque, Blang Padang Field, there are even small cafes that have good coffee around the hotel, clean hotel, serving officers all friendly and very helpful, the breakfast is also delicious. It's like going to stay at Grand Arabia again when visiting Banda Aceh.

I stayed here for two days because my husband had a workshop. I chose this hotel because it's right next to the Blang Padang Field Hotel, so I could bring my kids to play while his dad was at the workshop.
The staff was friendly and responsive. Although the cleaning staff didn't check for empty toiletries, I had to call reception, but they brought them right away.
What I liked most was that the shampoo came in a bottle and it was from Sensatia Botanica, my favorite brand. It meant I didn't have to worry about my hair getting dry every time I washed it with the hotel shampoo.

I've stayed here several times. Overall, everything is fine.
The location is great, the room is comfortable, and the location is very strategic. Unfortunately, this room smelled really bad. The smell of a ditch, maybe a septic tank, came from the bathroom, and the whole room smelled bad, making it hard to sleep.
I hope the hotel management finds a solution soon. Don't sell this room until this unpleasant odor is resolved.
Don't let this room traumatize first-time customers.
God willing, I will return again, but I will make sure to check the room first 😭
