Looked exactly like photos! Very nice and pleasant, quiet too so you can have a good rest. Clean and has additional facilities to make you enjoy your stay more like a good water heater, fridge, and hair dryer. Exceed my expectations for its price!

This is the most spacious accommodation that we've stayed so far. Clean, comfortable, ideal for family. It is strategically located in gejayan area, where you can find various culinary.. from traditional food to western food... I would definitely stay in this place again, the next time I go to Jogya. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is like staying in a dorm abroad, the rooms are comfortable and the access is good, it is easy to get online transportation and there are several places to eat nearby too.

We stayed for two nights.
Night 1, room on the third floor with stair access. It was very tiring carrying bags. The stairs are made of metal and perforated plate, so they make a lot of noise when walking up and down the stairs. We even woke up at night and into the early hours of the morning due to the noise of people going up and down the stairs. The bathroom bidet washer was broken.
Night 2, moved to the second floor. Still bothered by the noise from the stairs.
- Hang your clothes very high. Maybe it's to protect your clothes from the shower, but it's too high.
- Towels are no longer usable, not white, and rough.
Positives:
- Have to enter an alley, but it's wide.
- Parking on the first floor, basement is comfortable, not too hot, and spacious.
- Close to UNY and UGM.
- Student-friendly culinary spots nearby.
Suggestions:
- Improve the service.
-frequently check the function and any damage (I entered the room and was immediately greeted by the sound of the bidet hose/shower hose for washing my body breaking and water continuously coming out. The staff didn't know or didn't hear.
Let's improve it again, the Prime Gejayan Hotel is getting more and more popular.

The hotel is clean. Standard hotel facilities. There is Wi-Fi. Parking is available. This hotel is more suitable for those bringing a motorbike because if you bring a car, the access is a small road and there is not much parking space.

First, I got a room with a broken shower. Then I asked for a replacement. Finally, I got a room that was usable.
It was comfortable even though I got a room on the 3rd floor, there was no elevator.

in the morning, the hot water in the shower works, but not for long, meaning at the beginning of use, hot water flows, after about 5 minutes etc., there is no more hot water even though the water machine is still on,
tried after the shower was finished then poured the shower again, 10 minutes later, the hot water was no longer there, I took another shower at night, the hot water was there again, but like in the morning, after 5 minutes etc., it didn't flow hot anymore, the machine was still on,
