This is the third time we stay at the hotel and it still feels pleasant to visit it every time. You have to take a walk around the hotel in the morning, there are so much thing to see. We love the environment so much. The food is good, the room is comfortable and the staff is so friendly. We would still love to stay for the fourth time

Staying at the Putri Gunung Hotel is very interesting with spacious rooms, a large yard with a natural pine forest atmosphere makes us feel at home here. I've stayed here twice and it's been a great experience overall. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but since there's no air conditioning, it's best to enjoy the facilities outside during the day or evening. The swimming pool has a heated pool. You can explore the spacious back area of the hotel, but unfortunately, the deer are no longer there.

This is the first time I've used Traveloka. I booked a hotel on Traveloka and the voucher was included with Agoda. I paid the expensive price but they gave me a cheap room. Oh dear. If only the hotel service was friendly.

The distance from the room to the lobby is quite far, and the paving blocks are quite bumpy. It's difficult to drag suitcases. Staff would be helpful. Bringing older people would also be difficult.
The main attraction is that it's family-friendly, and the hotel area is quite spacious and has fresh air, which is good for children's activities.
The rooms would be much more comfortable if there were an exhaust fan (in addition to the one in the bathroom).

The housekeeping in the room was lacking. There were underwear hanging in the toilet. The mattress looked like it had been used but hadn't been made. The ambiance was good, no need for AC.

I've stayed here twice and it's been a great experience overall. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but since there's no air conditioning, it's best to enjoy the facilities outside during the day or evening. The swimming pool has a heated pool. You can explore the spacious back area of the hotel, but unfortunately, the deer are no longer there.

This is the first time I've used Traveloka. I booked a hotel on Traveloka and the voucher was included with Agoda. I paid the expensive price but they gave me a cheap room. Oh dear. If only the hotel service was friendly.

The distance from the room to the lobby is quite far, and the paving blocks are quite bumpy. It's difficult to drag suitcases. Staff would be helpful. Bringing older people would also be difficult.
The main attraction is that it's family-friendly, and the hotel area is quite spacious and has fresh air, which is good for children's activities.
The rooms would be much more comfortable if there were an exhaust fan (in addition to the one in the bathroom).
