The staff made up for the fact the hotel building is a bit dated. Very clean, fantastic breakfast, close to Serpong train station and newer/modern Aeon Mall BSD City. Special thanks to Yudi, Edy, Dina, Asya and Rahmat and the rest of the staff that I didn't get names. Very professional and well managed. Thank you for 6 nights, would book again.

From parking to staff, it's really good. The room was clean and fragrant. There are lots of swimming pools. The sports center is also really good, for a complete and delicious breakfast. Anyway, you won't regret staying here.

Great services, Many menu choices, egg station without queuing. Very memorable, stayed overnight and accidentally left my phone behind because my child was playing with it. The next day, I contacted the hotel and they quickly helped check it and even helped send it to the expedition. Thank you for the perfect service from the receptionist, HK, and Ramada management. There was a problem with the bathroom fan, but the staff acted quickly to replace it and fix it. The only downside was that there were lots of ants crawling around the table. There's an Indomaret on the ground floor, so you don't have to worry about finding a minimarket.

Hot water usage is limited, meaning the water isn't always hot. The bathroom door lock is broken, the toilet flush isn't strong, and the bedroom door is difficult to open. Staff friendliness is 8/10. The swimming pool is comfortable, not too chlorine-rich, clean, and not too deep, only 1.2 meters.

The hotel's location is easy to reach. I booked two rooms and received four glasses of guava and orange juice as a welcome drink. Awesome... The staff was friendly. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. I needed an iron, and it was delivered promptly. The only downside was there was no running water for ablutions. I ordered the special fried rice that night. It was delivered straight to my room. It was also delicious. There were plenty of breakfast options. It was great.

The location is very strategic, close to the city center.. and the most enjoyable thing is the swimming pool is very large and large. We are stay at Ramada for 3 days 2 night I've requested the room for our wedding anniversary and the staff give us little surprise (picture at mirror and cake) unfortunately there is a lot of ant at the cake. When we ask the staff to handle the ant problem they come quickly,also the AC problem. The pool is good,our child was so happy. Thank you Ramada.

Close to a minimarket, lots of snacks, no need to worry about finding food. The pool is big, the kids love it, and the room is quite nice. Because the hotel is on the top floor, the 29th floor. So going up and down the elevator feels dizzy.

The hotel staff was friendly. Upon check-in, I was upgraded to a junior suite at no additional cost. The room was very spacious. When the AC wasn't cooling, the technician was quick to fix it. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The only downside was that it was attached to an apartment. The location wasn't far from the airport. The bathroom was clean. I had a very memorable stay at the Ramada. Thank you.

Overall, it's comfortable, clean, and the food is delicious. A small caveat is that the water pressure is poor. There's no soap in the shower room near the pool. So, if you're going to swim, be sure to bring your own soap/shampoo. Perhaps an air freshener in the corridor would be better.

The service from the staff was no issue. The only issue was the ambiance of the room and the creepy walk to it. The bathroom was also too narrow, with the distance between the toilet and shower area narrow. The breakfast menu was also mediocre, not particularly tasty, and not very varied.
