The greeting staff (who was standing by the door) was very unfriendly. I asked for it, but it didn't respond.
At the breakfast restaurant, I asked for a fried egg, but it still came slightly raw. I asked for another one, and after waiting a long time, it was given to another table 😌😌

One of the best hotels I've ever found, the staff is super super friendly, the check in and check out process is easy, and in front of the hotel there are many food stalls, it feels like a student boarding house environment lol. BTW, in front of the hotel itself there are food stalls in the morning and in the afternoon they change to angkringan, the price of the food is classy for a hotel and close to Malioboro, it's quite cheap and you must try the fried vermicelli and vermicelli soup at the angkringan, it's delicious, only around 15 thousand 🥰

The first time I checked in at Malioboro registrar, the first time the Heather water didn't work, when the car entered, it was probably because the security guard didn't see it so when I entered I had to look for a parking position, and the second time I had previously asked if I could be helped to extend my stay for 1 day, because the answer was that they could help me with my family card, but it turned out that it wasn't as stated.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms is highly recommended for vacations or business trips. The price is also competitive. I haven't tried the breakfast yet, but the aroma of the food sounds like it's worth it. There's also a food stall (angkringan) available, which is more comfortable and clean.

Note for Traveloka:
I'm a Traveloka user, but why do I always get a bad room every time I book a hotel through Traveloka, meaning the room should have been renovated. For example, the sink is broken, the faucet is wobbly, there's no hot water, and the door is unusable. I've booked several hotel rooms through Traveloka and always received poor-quality rooms. Is it because I get a cheap price through Traveloka and consequently get a room of substandard quality?
The hotel's location is quite strategic.
The hotel staff is very good.
The room is adequate, not too small and not too big.
The room lights are not bright enough.
The entrance door is not precise enough, resulting in gaps, allowing noise from outside to enter.
The curtains on the window don't close tightly, which compromises the guest's privacy.
The bathroom is quite spacious, but there's no hot water (the hot water is below lukewarm).

clean hotel, spacious and clean bathroom, spacious room, there is a lift, good room facilities, close to Malioboro, unfortunately the breakfast side dishes are not varied enough, the food tastes good
