The hotel staff are young people who wear shorts every day, the rooms are small (9 m), the water is small, the taps are broken, the AC is old, there is no lobby, there is no wifi, all the windows face the wall.

Do you have to leave your ID card at the receptionist? Usually you just show it, even though you want to use your ID card to go to the German embassy, you have to check in in the morning.

Even though the price is cheap, I hope the management remains committed to improving the quality of the accommodation, because I got a room with a poor mattress, dirty water, and there was a blackout, thanks.

Every time I go to the German Embassy, I always stay here because the location is close and there is lots of access to food.

Bad service! 1. Upon arrival, there were no towels, AC remote, or mat. As guests, we had to go down to ask for them ourselves, instead of being delivered. 2. Staff weren't standing by; they were dressed in short-sleeved shirts and shorts. 3. When guests wanted towels, they were told to get them themselves from the front desk. 4. Upon entering the room, the door was already open. Very disappointed!

Okay and the location is close to BNI City station and the city center

Deficiencies that need to be addressed: 1. Lack of toiletries (such as towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.). 2. The sink doesn't drain water, and the showerhead produces very little water. 3. There are no clothes hangers in the bathroom. 4. The wardrobe is broken and can't be moved. 5. The mattress appears to be damaged, as the metal bars penetrate the sheets, causing pain and soreness from being pricked and scratched. 6. Provide air freshener. It's not worth the price. Hopefully, these deficiencies can be addressed. Thank you.

The bathroom was clogged and couldn't be flushed. The staff didn't provide any solution. The location is strategic.

TV remote doesn't work, AC remote doesn't work. The reason is there's no spare remote. I used to buy it 3 times and was still satisfied, but now I'm not anymore, I'm fed up, the service isn't getting better, it's getting worse.

Toilet was terrible dirty. Provided towel is more dirty than the mop as attached photo. The bed was crack. No kettle or drinking water in the room. At least, if there is a full functioning water color at Reception area will be a little convenience for the guest but now totally "empty".

It was very pleasant because the staff were friendly, the check-in service was fast, and there was direct access to the Bundaran HI CFD area.

The mattress was full of mites, making my body itchy and bumpy because of the mites' bites.

Overall, it's TOP! Hopefully, it'll be even better in the future and there will be even more promotions. Thank you.

Location in the city center, close to malls, airport train, MRT, intercity trains

Scam hotel, dirty room, AC not cold, totally not according to the picture

Residence 100 is clean and the rooms are spacious, strategic because it is in front of Agora Mall (the tallest building in Indonesia at the moment), the distance to Alva Mart is close, passing food carts along the way that all taste delicious, fruit rujak, yellow rice, various fried foods, market cake snacks, heavy meals, satay, ketoprak, gado2, fish, chicken, vegetable ketupat, coffee, tea, orange juice, very complete, the food is cheap and very tasty, I want to eat here again, It's true that the Residence doesn't provide a restaurant for breakfast because the food around here is sooo many choices, there are no toileters so prepare everything yourself, it's also close to GI and you can walk, but if you can, the owner please prepare an iron to borrow along with a hot water dispenser and glasses, so you can drink coffee everytime 🙏

The staff is not very friendly, the towels are dirty, the TV doesn't work, the toilet is problematic but the location is strategic, close to the new tourist attraction Menara 109, close to Grand Plaza and Bundaran HI...

The room is very clean and the facilities are exactly the same as the advertisement picture, the view is great, the room is very spacious, the environment is very comfortable, in front of the Agora mall again, if you want to buy snacks, just walk to the warlok stall, the towels, although torn, are the best because they don't smell musty, thank you to the staff even though it took a long time to wait for the towels hehehe, hopefully the service will be improved in the future

It's really worth it, very close to the city center area.
