Very good. Stay overnight between children going to college. The location is indeed a bit far from Malioboro, UGM, etc. but it is convenient because it is quiet. Clean rooms, TV, AC, nice functioning bathroom. Breakfast tastes good, different menus every day. Friendly, polite service. if lazy to go everywhere there is a little warmindo, gudeg stalls, also cheap restaurants. I stayed 4 nights dirty clothes no problem in front of the homestay there are laundry kilos. Especially right? Anyway, it's highly recommended.

MaasyaaAllaah, the staff is very friendly.. the place is homey, comfortable, there is a shared kitchen, the place is clean, the only downside is the swimming pool is that it is not child friendly because it is too deep, but there is a swimming ring for children and the downside is the TV in my upstairs room doesn't have any channels, apart from that it is very good if I go to Jogja I will come here again

Previously I have stayed here several times and it always included breakfast. But the last time I stayed there was disappointing because the menu was only rice and vegetables and the model was boxed rice. Whereas before it was a buffet and the menu was better, there were fruits and snacks. Hopefully the next time the breakfast presentation will be better. The cleanliness is really good and the staff are friendly.

It's comfortable to stay here, the receptionist is friendly, the hotel keepers and security are also very friendly, highly recommended, there is a slight minus for the air conditioner not being cold enough, but yes it's still cold not very hot 👍.

Menginap di sini menyenangkan, berasa lagi di rumah, semuanya ramah, hangat dan sangat welcoming ketika kami tiba. Home stay yang sangat apik, very clean dan wangi jadi semakin nyaman. Walaupun saat stay TV not working well karena masalah indihomenya katanya, tapi menjadi tidak masalah buat kami. Terima kasih mas dan Mbak atas hospitality nya. Recommended jika menginap ke Jogja dan memilih tempat menginap yang autentic.

The outside is amazing. The whole room is clean, from the mattress, table, bathroom, wardrobe. The room also smells good and the air conditioner is cool. The environment in which he lives is very comfortable for rest. All staff are very friendly and always make sure guests have breakfast or not. It was a very pleasant 2 night stay. A place to stay that is highly recommended for low budget, feels at home. The bedroom is clean, the officers are friendly, the food is delicious, comfortable not noisy, the building is new, not dirty, for parking the car there is still a garage for 4 cars, a place that has a lot of unique photo spots, but the way to the house is not too wide. But just a suggestion, maybe it's better to give heater + tea or coffee in each room. Next to Jogja, you can arrange your stay here again ... 😃
