The bathroom smells really bad, there are even cockroaches, the TV channels are only local but none of them can be watched, the internet is up and down, more often it doesn't work than it does, the food menu is also not very varied and runs out quickly but is not refilled quickly, 2 nights there was really uncomfortable because of the smell of the bathroom, please improve the service, the price for 1 night is more than 1 million even though

I like the hotel atmosphere.. the view is nice.. but I don't like it when I enter the room, the mattress smells of mold.. it's like it's damp, like it hasn't been used for a long time, so the smell is really pungent.. everything else is still ok.. only the mattress is really damp.. it smells really moldy.. the service is very friendly.. but hopefully if I stay here again, the mattress won't be damp anymore

At first I was confused between refund/continue, because I read many reviews that said the room was damp, dirty, etc. but when I got there.. Alhamdulillah... according to expectations, the room seemed to have been repainted, etc. when I first entered it smelled really good. (-) The TV is not smart yet, the hot water is only hot at the beginning then cold, because when I went down for breakfast it was already 9 am all the food was gone ðŸ˜

The TV is not upgraded enough, the TV signal is difficult, the picture display is unclear. Minimal channels. Maybe you can use Android DTV, and so on. Because it is still an analog TV.

the bed was dirty, there were stains, it was damp, the walls were moldy, the floor was sticky.. this is the first time I've gotten a room like this for 1.5 million last night. The bathroom also had a bit of a clogged drain. The bathtub was leaking.. the worst thing was the cleanliness..

Until 12.00pm, the room that was going to be occupied was empty but still couldn't enter, okay the policy is at 14.00 but when other guests in the hotel could immediately be given the key even though we had been waiting and it turned out that the room we ordered was empty only there was still a plastic bag containing used sheets and towels, at 14.00 it could only be processed and even then had to ask several times, ha ha ha even though we were a group.
I ordered a villa and got it in Flamboyan. The building and the facilities inside need to be upgraded. The mattress is very uncomfortable for a 4-star hotel. The floor is dirty and yellow, especially the bathroom. The view is quite good and the food is quite varied and tastes quite good. But the plus point is that the staff is friendly enough to carry suitcases.
