Hi travellers,
This hotel just nice as it was before the renovation, and you can walk in the plaza as well to get a coffee or meals.
The pool was perfectly blue, though I advise you to go here on early morning since it is outdoor one.
The location is on Babarsari street, where many things you needed are available on this street.
Of course another attraction place can be reached below 30 minutes like Malioboro. Be sure to enjoy your stay!

The hotel staff is friendly, the room area is very clean. The pool is also clean. It's just a bit not soundproof, there was one night when I was resting there were some people in the hallway who were joking around very audibly so it was a bit disturbing, but overall it's really okay

Quite far from the city center, the hotel is integrated with a mall so for the parking ticket you have to take a photo of it first to the hotel staff so that it is free. The room size is sufficient but the bathroom is very narrow and smells of urine (very unfortunate). The food is delicious and has many variations. For the omelet, it tastes bland, the soto soup is not hot so the rice vermicelli is hard and cannot be eaten, the ginger drink is too sweet like drinking sugar water

It's nice for a hotel that's just for transit, the only drawback is that if you want to go to a proper minimarket you have to go outside the hotel area. In the hotel area there is only a (mini) Circle ke.

My hotel room window was full of moss,
One of the bathroom towels also had a fairly large black stain, because I needed to transit quickly for a pilgrimage event, so when I checked in I didn't have time to check how dirty the room was, it was just lucky that the cashier was still clean; when I returned for pilgrimage I was shocked but because it was already 2 in the morning and I was tired so I didn't request a room change, basically disappointed

Problem Handling by Hotel Staff is not optimal/not fast response.
At night at 22.00 I complained about missing items in my room, after cleaning in the morning. Info by phone will be called back but until tomorrow morning there is no confirmation of clarity of my items. (in room 2303, May 29-30).
Tomorrow, I will Check Out .. Data and parking tickets when I first entered the hotel were lost, so it took more than 15 minutes to wait while I had to rush to continue my journey back to Jakarta. I also have to ask about this after the checkout administration is complete. Please evaluate the SOP when checking in and checking out again, so that there are no more documents that are misplaced.
And pay attention to the service time too.
