Check-in requires a deposit, but the room conditions are not appropriate (broken shower/no hot water/hard to flush toilet), even a 5-star hotel doesn't ask for a deposit upon check-in.
Breakfast, all the food is finished, and it's very slow to add LG food and cutlery due to a lack of staff/chefs.

I often stay here every time I visit Batam because of its strategic location and reasonable price. The staff is friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out are quick. The bathroom and room are nice and clean, the air conditioning is cool, the breakfast is good, and the service is constantly improving. I always enjoy staying here.

Hopefully, it gets better.
Improve the room decor to make it more comfortable, such as adding a bed or a small sofa to provide more space to relax and enjoy the view from the window. The service is quite comfortable, especially with the strategic location, very close to everything. Thank you.

Stayed 2 nights on the 3rd floor, couldn't sleep well because of the loud music, shouts from upstairs and from the street (the room is not soundproof), so it was uncomfortable. The toilet door was hard to close and a bit smelly. For the rest, it was okay, the room was clean, the service was okay, I won't stay here again.

It's okay for this type of room, close and cheap. The only thing is that the AC is not cold enough, it's really small for a room this size. The bathroom door makes noise, it's a bit annoying, but what else can you do? The lighting is also a bit lacking. But the important thing is that you can sleep after leaving the grand mall.

I stayed for two nights, for the strategic location, it's also easy to find food. When I entered the room, it smelled of cigarettes, thankfully I was allowed to move to another room. The cleanliness needs to be improved, there was a puddle in the bathroom after use. The rest is pretty good
