The hotel is 4-star quality, the room is spacious, so clean, bright, and modern. Even the twin bed size is comfortable for two. We really enjoy our stay, the wide pool, and the view. There's plenty of choices for breakfast and the taste is very decent. The plus value is the location, there's quite a lot of F&B tenants at night and a very reliable convenience store. I wish our family could stay longer.

I booked 2 rooms and given the connecting ones without requesting. The hotel is a 4star quality although exterior shown its classic and old money business style. We enjoyed our stay, with spacious room, bright and modern inside and clean. The pool is great they have 2 options for the little kids. The variety of breakfast is quite sufficient and properly cooked. One of the benefit is the street food alley alike in front of the hotel like mostly jagung bakar, wedang theres a reliable convenient store as well. My input is for the GRO to welcome and greet every visitors or guest incoming, with friendly gesture even its early in the morning

the room is clean, tidy and comfortable. the atmosphere is really cool, it happens to be facing the mountain, the city view is really cool. unfortunately the bathroom is a bit flooded, but the sofa is fun for the kids to play in the bathtub, there is warm water. lots of games are really suitable for kids on vacation. there are also lots of food sellers in front. so it's really easy to find food at night. really satisfied playing and staying here.

The room is very spacious, clean, hot water works well, balcony with a very nice view facing the mountains. The kids love staying here, especially with the big kids pool too. Got a room at the end of the 6th floor, a bit creepy because it was quiet, but the front view was nice and the back view was straight to the mountain. The hallway to the room had a ceiling full of spots, it looked like it was leaking, but the room was clean and well maintained, even though it was an old hotel. Hopefully the maintenance will be given more attention
