Located in City center of Medan, I was given an amazing experience by Swiss-Belinn Gajah Mada Medan. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Air Conditioner and Hot Water Working properly. Room very comfy, Breakfast OK, many choices. And two Minimart in front of Hotel. Thanks Swiss-Belinn Gajah Mada Medan and Thanks Traveloka 👏

It's fun, the kids love it. The food is also quite varied. However, there was only one elevator during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient because we had to queue to get on and off.

There's only one elevator operating, so you have to wait a long time to go up and down to the lobby, perhaps due to efficiency, but overall, it was a good staycation experience here. The pool is the best.
