this hotel is in downtown, convenience for walking around to Malioboro and many other sightseeing nearby. Have a little bit issue with the room but responded promptly by the Manager and Team. our stay for 2 nights, the last night could rest better. Thank you Pak and your team.

I had 3 nights Staycation in this Hotel. Everything is so satisfying. Room is clean, Breakfast are so variety and all delicious, the staff are so friendly, especially the staff in F&B and Room service. I recommend this hotel for everyone who would like to have Staycation. The location is not really in the centre of the city. You need to take either car or becak to reach downtown.

Friendly staff, spacious parking lot, pedicab is also available in front of the hotel, pay 30 thousand to go around Malioboro, batik shops, bakpia, etc., can also make an appointment for pick up and drop off. The hotel is clean, the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Recommended for those who want to stay close to Malioboro but at a more affordable price.

Excellent... For the next, the air conditioning system should be checked prior to guest check-in so when they are coming and entering the room, air conditioning could be well-functioned.

in overall was excellent except for refrigerator which is not working well where compliments drinks put all there and also wifi connection is also always on and off which is not as strong as other hotel usually for 4 to 5 stars particularly in deluxe premier type. Please take note ya and hope these can be improved so it would be excellent. thanks

All the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the bell boy. The pool is also at the right temperature, not too cold either. The breakfast food is delicious and varied.

A comfortable hotel to rest. The location is close to everywhere. The food is delicious and there is enough parking. What was lacking yesterday was that the AC in the room was not cold enough even though the temperature was 16 'C and the fan was the biggest (please check again so that it is more comfortable to be in the room)

Can check in early. Staff are all helpful. Arrived at 12.00, offered to leave our luggage then we went out to get something to eat for a while. Before 1 pm we were contacted that our room was ready and our belongings had been delivered to the room first. All areas are clean, AC is cold. Overall highly recommended.

I am satisfied staying at Alana Malioboro… comfortable atmosphere with a large and shady car park, good room service, delicious breakfast with a lot of food variations (I especially like the Cajun chicken)…. I always stay at Alana when I stop by Yogyakarta… very pleasant
