Very nice place with a great, large & beautiful outdoor view inside. Proper place for family vacation. Friendly and helpful staffs. Dekat kemana2, tinggal nyebrang ke Transmart/cgv cinema. Top class facilities with economic price. Dapat harga murah karena disc hotel masih ditambah disc promo dari Traveloka. Love it very much. Hopefully I can stay here longer someday. The hotel is located along a busy road but once inside the compound it's a serene and peaceful experience. A beautiful garden with various swimming pools. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Bathroom is looking great. Staff is very friendly and well trained. Good atmosphere. Breakfast was simply excellent with various different menus. In short, a recommendable place to stay for either business or leisure.

The only thing that's a bit complicated is parking, once you've parked you're always asked which room you're in, even though that's standard procedure, it's just a bit annoying. Other than that, I was really satisfied staying there.

The receptionist staff is friendly, the bathroom is clean, the room is quite complete, unfortunately when we stayed there was a ka*****i motorbike community activity, which was quite disturbing with the loud band sound, while we had just arrived from out of town and needed to rest because we had to continue our journey in the morning. The management should have anticipated this, so as not to disturb other guests who are not in the community. because the event was in an open space near the pool which directly faces the room, while the room is not soundproof, it was clearly very disturbing.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly. I booked a superior room and was upgraded because it was still available.
The facilities are plentiful, including a children's field for soccer, a sandpit, and a children's pool. There's a gym and spa.

The place is cool, comfortable, only the floors, stairs, etc. are not very clean and not very satisfying.. especially on the 4th floor there is no elevator, you have to go up and down the stairs.. Bismillah, hopefully it will help to improve further.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the bellboy and receptionist. All the staff were also friendly and polite. When we wanted to use the hotel facilities, they kindly explained the options. The gym facilities were also excellent. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. The balcony with its pool view was beautiful. Public transportation access was also easy. There's a Trans Jogja bus stop very close to the hotel, making it easy to access tourist attractions like Malioboro Street and Prambanan.

The staff were all friendly, to the point where a mother was allowed to bring food from the restaurant during breakfast for her grandson who was going for a walk, claiming it meant he wouldn't have to stop for snacks. However, in almost every hotel I've visited, taking food out of the restaurant during breakfast is prohibited. Guests are only allowed to eat at the restaurant and cannot take it away for any reason.
