Really really like it.. The first time I went to Bandung, I immediately fell in love with this hotel.. The price is pocket-friendly.. The food is delicious.. The staff are friendly.. This is just for hotel improvement to make it better. From the location is very strategic to Braga, but unfortunately when I checked in yesterday I got room no. 511 and 512. 1. My intention was to take a shower before going to Braga, but there were no hotel towels in the room (had to ask and ask CS). 2. The phone in the room was dead (not working and no sound), so to ask for a towel I had to leave the room and go downstairs. 3. Honestly the room lights were dim, then there was one lamp that was dead near the bed, but I had informed the staff, but it could only be replaced tomorrow because the lamp type was different. 4. For the bathroom WC, when flushing the water it took a very long time (had to wait a while before the water could be flushed again), so I could imagine if it was on 'deposit' I had to wait a long time. 5. Then the hot water was also not on, the shower position had been changed to hot and waited for about 15 minutes but the water was still not hot. 6. One of the bench facilities in one of the rooms, the skin was peeling off a lot (like it was peeling). 7. There are several pillows in the room whose pillowcases have changed color (I have asked the staff to replace them, but it would be better to replace them). Honestly, I don't know whether the room was opened for other people or not, or if it was only opened for me because the other rooms were full. But this is my experience, because I happened to be in that room. As for the other rooms, I don't know, but I'm sorry I didn't take photos related to that. But so that Naripan can check directly. Thank you Naripan Hotel, hopefully it will be better. It's a shame because a strategic hotel but if there is something that is not well controlled, it can lose its competitiveness with other hotels.

In terms of cleanliness and comfort, the rooms are essentially different from the ones in the photos. Only one towel is provided, and there's no bottled water in the rooms. The advantage is that it's close to Braga and Alun-alun.

The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty and frayed. I asked for a replacement, but they said, "The sheets were contaminated with Rinso." When I got home from staying here, the next morning my body was covered in hives and itchy. I stayed here because I read other people's reviews, but it turned out to be different. The AC wouldn't turn off.
