I have a wonderful experience during my 2 nights stay here. Everything just beyond perfect. Their customer complaint handling just spot on! First we planned to stay just for a night, but my daughter loved it here so we decided to spend another night here, we can do many things in this resort because they provide many activities as part of hotel facilities. They provide a tasty blackforest cake as a compliment for my birthday and they surprised me with a cute handcrafted towel as well, which a very thoughtful service they provide during my birthday staycation! Thank you so much, Singhasari. Will surely be back here again very soon 💙

My family and I stayed in this hotel for vacation. The location is nearby from restaurants and cafe. The facilities are very well maintained, no defect. The ambiance is great, the staffs are very friendly, fast response, and helpful. All amenities are complete. Food was great too. They provide many free activities to do around the resort: flying fox, art towel, movie time, etc, my kid enjoyed it so much. We had a great time. Thank you Singhasari. We will surely come back.

Good service, not boring even though I've stayed here many times, especially since there's a children's playground, it's even more fun. It would be better if children's bicycles could be used for free as a facility, not for commercial rental, just for input, but overall good.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a great view.
Perfect for a family staycation, as there are plenty of play areas for kids (bicycles, ping-pong, basketball, tennis, etc.).
The Premier Room with pool view and Panderman Mountain view is the best.
