The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable, even though there is no air conditioning but the air is cold, the view in the morning is a great view of the mountains, the wifi is quite smooth, suitable for those who have children who like to play YouTube at home. Good breakfast, fried rice and delicious pecel rice, close to Jatim Park 3 and BNS. Satisfactory service, very humble employees, loaned me a motorbike to look for kilograms of laundry (very top). With that price, it's really recommended. Definitely stay here again if you visit Batu, Malang. good choice.

Friendly service, good food. With that price, I'm quite satisfied staying at this place, the rooms are clean even though the outside is a little dirty (terrace, stairs). Lodging with a good view. Overall very satisfied.

The staff is friendly, the check-in process is easy, the hotel room has a smart key and there is wifi (although the signal in my room is weak), there is a beautiful garden and a cafe with a mountain view, breakfast is also delicious. The room is very spacious, but it's a shame it's only filled with a mattress so it looks empty. It looked like there was no problem, but it turned out that in our room the sound of the water pump was very loud and annoying every time someone used water. I don't know in another room. The hotel should move the location of the pump so it doesn't interfere.

This hotel is located a little inside, at first it was very quiet, it looked a bit creepy because we were the first visitors to check in, the interior of the hotel also looked old. Parts of the hotel corridor look dirty with lots of fallen leaves and the floors are also not brushed clean enough so there are stains that make it look unkempt. To flush the toilet, the water doesn't run smoothly, the bathroom glass is also badly maintained, breakfast is not a buffet, small portions with very ordinary taste. No shampoo, brush and toothpaste are also not provided. The only plus is that because the weather in Batu is cold, ordering a room without air conditioning is quite cold inside, hot water works and the staff is friendly. For other facilities, it is very ordinary, it doesn't match expectations when looking at reviews, so overall, in my opinion, this hotel is not to be repeated. Please improve again and check again so that the impression of the hotel is even better. thank you

The service owner and staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and all facilities work well. Coupled with a delicious breakfast menu. A staycation experience that, although at a low price, is beyond expectations. The guest house feels like a hotel.

The owner is very friendly. The service is good. Maybe for breakfast it would be better if it was made to order so the rice is still warm. So far great. The view is also really nice. The warm water also works.

Natural atmosphere with lots of plants around. Breakfast is also made per customer. The food is also delicious. One thing was because I couldn't have breakfast because I wanted to go to Bromo and then asked to change my breakfast for dinner and actually have it delivered to my room. The best. The cafe is also comfortable and the view is beautiful. The mattress is soft, the TV is on with standard digital broadcasts, the room is clean, the only minus is that the cupboard is located in the same room as the bathroom, so it's damp, and the soap looks like it's been used for a long time and is only filled with water, so it smells a bit. The glass near the sink is also dirty. Hopefully this deficiency can be corrected soon. Regards.

Clean rooms. AC room is also cold. Room size and bed size are also big. Hot water on. Cozy atmosphere. Not noisy. Get breakfast too. Prices are also pocket friendly. Close to Jatim Park 3. Suggestions:
if possible there is a hot water kettle in the room, yes. Furthermore, if you are on vacation again, you will stay at the Tulip Guest House.
