This hotel is good for its price, clean, clean bathroom, no smell, hot water flowing smoothly, cold AC, friendly staff, lots of rooms, good for resting, close to places to eat, just cross the road

The hotel does not match the standards of a 3-star hotel. When I entered the room, it smelled of sewage, the blanket was very dirty, yellow, and smelled unwashed. The AC was very noisy, the wifi did not connect to the room, and the password was always wrong.

The room smells, the sheets look like they've never been washed, the AC and TV are old-fashioned, even the TV channels are really old-fashioned shows, the hot water only turns on at certain times🫠ðŸ«

3rd time staying at Sakura Hotel. And this time the experience was not so good. We chose this hotel because of its strategic location and the price was quite cheap at first. +: strategic location close to BEC, BIP, Gramed, Dago, several campuses (Unisba, Unpas, and ITB), there are also many places to eat. There is a water dispenser for refills, the hot water is good, soap and shampoo are provided, large windows, the view is not just the walls. -: old hotel taken over by the provider, the mattress is old, the springs are no longer elastic, the towels have changed color (but are clean), no toothpaste and toothbrush are provided, no elevator, the AC is also old. This time we stayed in room 207, the bathroom had lots of mosquitoes, there were no chairs at the table even though when we stayed in other rooms before there were chairs.

I have only stayed once in a hotel where the room was wet due to dripping AC water so that the floor was wet and my wife almost slipped. It would be nice if the hotel management paid attention to the condition of the room like this so that in the future there will be no disappointed customers. Thank you.
