Overall comfortable place. Smooth water, hot water works well, clean & comfortable place, complete kitchen utensils just cook. There is a hot - cool dispenser & a refrigerator for storing groceries, air conditioning in one of the rooms. Suggestions: - Please give the kitchen a sliding window / sliding window so that there is air circulation. The problem is that when the kitchen is cooking, it's stuffy if you close it like that, air can't get in and out. - The bathroom should also have circulation, because if you take a shower with hot water, the steam can't come out. As a result, it's a bit short of breath. - Wall wallpaper please change to a bright color, because for family rest it's not comfortable to look at. Dending bricks like that might be more suitable for cafes. Haha. That's all my advice, other things are no problem. Recommended for family vacations 👍

Really like the place. The new housing area in front of Jatim Park 3. The location which is not directly on the highway makes this place very quiet for resting, not too far from the Legendary Ketan Post, so you can enjoy sticky rice not in a busy square. There is parking, there is no air conditioning but there is a fan, but it is still cold. The main room is spacious, there is cable TV too. The kitchen area has a dining table, there is a laundry area. complete kitchen set of cutlery. Will be a subscription if you play there. Thanks.

The villa is comfortable and very hommy. The facilities are quite complete, there is air conditioning in the main room, water heater, dispenser, fan, TV, refrigerator, but just enter, so that sugar and salt are provided in the kitchen and a canopy is provided in the garage, so the car does not overheat or rain. but the rest is okay, the view around the villa is good. thanks Emerald Villa.

The owner of the villa is nice and friendly, the villa is very homy like home, very suitable for staying overnight with family, clean place, there are kitchen equipment, there is hot water, there is aqua gallon in the dispenser but there is no air conditioning in the room so fitting to sleep, the door of the room must be opened wide so that there is air circulation from the ventilator behind the kitchen, even though the room has no ventilation, the bathroom also has no ventilator so there is very less air. Hopefully in the future there will be improvements. For villas recommended for staying overnight with family.

The location is very close to Jatim Park 3, to Jatim Park 2 and 1 is not too far away. Clean place. Comfortable environment, in the morning can play badminton around the yard.

The building is nice, new, according to the photo, close to the main road of Batu-Malang, the property in the new housing complex, the only drawback is there is no air conditioning, even though the Batu night air is already cold but when it is very hot during the day

The house is clean, nice, there's warm water too. Strategic location near Jatim Park. 3. the guard response is fast, the gallon water time runs out immediately replaced.
