The staff from the parking lot to the lobby were friendly and helpful.
The room was okay, but I booked a non-smoking room and got a room with a strong cigarette smell (number 111).
The room was tidy and the bathroom was clean.
The hallway between the room and the stairs was not very clean and tended to be dirty.
Overall, it was okay and recommended for a light, low-budget vacation in Bandung. 👍

Thank you Vio Hotel, all the services are extraordinary, the room is comfortable and clean, the receptionist is cool, the two ladies are very friendly and nice, basically if I go to Bandung I will definitely go to Vio Hotel again, I was very satisfied and comfortable staying at Vio Hotel for 5 days

The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, there was still a lot of hair on the floor and mattress, almost fell in the toilet because the floor was wet from the leaking shower jet, the breakfast was cold and tasteless.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the facilities are not that great... the towels and bed sheets are already broken white, the breakfast is not that great, the AC leaked for 2 days, the TV channels are limited, the AC has to be on fast cool to feel it.

The location is strategic but the cleanliness of the sheets and blankets is lacking, I was itchy all night. The bathroom doesn't have a jet shower for washing, there's only a toilet spray. There's no shower for ablution, only a large shower so it's difficult to do ablution. Anyone can access the elevator because it doesn't require a card. The TV is only available in certain rooms. It's cheap but that's how it is

It was the room without window so it feels like you are in the capsule or something. The ambience of the room doesnt feel comfortable. The TV Channel was oke. But I slept well so I guess it's fine.

A hotel like this should be around 150,000 Rupiah. It's completely inadequate. At least the cleanliness is minimal. The facilities aren't extravagant, but please improve the standard operating procedures (SOPs). There aren't even towels on time.

the room is quite comfortable, the location is quite strategic, you can walk to Ciwalk.
unfortunately when I checked in and entered the room, there were no towels (I had to ask for them from room service first). only 1 toothbrush was provided.
breakfast was decent, but I think the variety was lacking. the rest was okay.
