Beautiful facilities and location! Short walk from the basilica and other main attractions. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was amazing and the drinks at the bar are tasty! I would recommend and stay here again.

We had the corner junior suite with a jaccuzi bathtub in the room. They provided the bubble bath, Prosecco, robes, and amenities! Bed was so comfortable, I took a 4-hour nap as soon as we arrived. Palazzo Veneziano was a lovely stay, and their breakfast which was included was delicious, satisfying, and amazing, especially their cappuccinos and lattes! They arranged our transfers to and from the airport. Stefano, or driver, was most gracious and helpful in giving us local tips, good eats, and must-see places to visit, all of which we did! The Palazzo staff were very accommodating, helpful, and friendly making sure our stay was memorable! And the bar mixologist was also excellent! You will have fun with them!

Staff was nice, and quite helpful. They helped us arrange a very early ride to the airport, and kindly held our bags for us because we arrived too early to fully check in. That was much appreciated because then we could enjoy our time exploring Venice. Then they surprised us with a room upgrade when we returned! Room was clean, with a relaxing rain-head shower, and really comfortable bed. Location was perfect, easy access to the airport via a hired car, and across from a vaporetto stop. It is not a far walk from all the sites (20 to 25 minute walk to St Mark's square), but in a quiet location. Would definitely stay here again!
