The room was spacious as we booked luxury double and twin room. Facilities are in good condition. Reception is very helpful and nice. Location is great, just a few hundred metres to Hakata station.

Great location just a few hundred metres to Hakata station. Facilities are nice and the room is big enough. There is also an onsen inside the hotel. This is the best part. We traveled for business so I highly recommend this hotel. However, breakfast was quite poor

The hotel looks old but clean and comfortable. The hotel can be access from the food court exit in Hakata station. It was very close.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was near convenient stores and a walking distance to Hakata Station and Book Off Bazaar. Staff was also friendly.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Hakata Station. The room is small (not much spaces) but it is clean and with sufficient complimentary supplies.

It was amazing. Back again for the 2nd time. Check in process was smooth. Staff were all very helpful and kind and polite. Breakfast was above standard, free drinks and library, was one of unique touch for a Japanese hotel. Location is the best factor for this. Outdated was really not a problem, everything still working fine and clean.

So close with Hakata station north exit. Check-in easy (self check-in), but they will assist you. Self service. Clean room. Standard size room for Japan hotel.

Location is great. Room was not big but it is okay. Nice to have onsen. But not very clean for this.
