Good location. Staffs were friendly. Clean and nice room.

Room was very small. Old, unlike the photo. Staffs were polite, internet broke down but they got it fixed.

Good place for central city with low budget

Comfy, all the staff is very nice and the hotel near to public transport so we can go around easily.

Nice hotels, shinsaibashi, dotonburi its only take 15 mins walk, yotsubashi metro line is in one building with this hotel.

The location is very near to the train station, above convenience store and walking distance to tourist attractions. There are a lot of self service area for guest too like overnight luggage storage, laundry, pantry, unlimited amenities, etc. When I check-in, I found a hair line in the sink. The hotel apologies and immediately offer a new room for me. Very considerate of them.

I am really satisfied with the staff, room, and environment, easy to access, near dotonburi and train station. I got misunderstood with the morning staff about checkout time, but I am glad I didn't get charge, thank you for the same staff that help me check in and checkout!, I forgot to ask your name, but you really beautiful! the hotel was very clean and comfortable to stay in. and the best part, they provided free breakfast! the room was quite spacious and the bathroom is very clean.
