THE HILTON OKINAWA SHINJUKU SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY. MOST NOTEABLE WAS THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE CONCIERGE DESK. BUT THE STAR OF OUR HILTON EXPERIENCE WAS JOURNEY AMBASSADOR MANAGER WALY CHACON. HE PERSONALLY SAW TO OUR EVERY NEED AND LAST-MINUTE REQUESTS INCLUDING FINDING A PRIVATE MT FUJI TOUR FOR US SINCE ALL THE OTHER TOURS WERE BOOKED. WE HAD SOME SPECIAL NEEDS REQUIREMENTS ALSO, HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ACCOMODATE THEM. THANK YOU WALY, YOU ARE AMAZING:)

The Hilton Tokyo was top drawer in every respect, location, room, amenities, restaurants, and staff. It's an excellent place to stay, especially in Tokyo where it can be difficult to find good value for money. It's highly recommended!

Superb location for a few days in Tokyo....walking distance to Love Sculpture pickup point for many day tours. Hop-on hop-off bus stop across the street. Many choices of restaurants nearby. This Hilton really is a 5-star place and worth it. Lots of food choices, nice gym, clean and comfy room. Concierge service just great, and a shout-out to Priscila who really helped with our questions on our first trip to Tokyo. No issues.

Second stay at the Hilton in Shinjuku. Great property, staff and amenities. Easy walk or short taxi ride to everything. Great breakfast buffet in the Marble Lounge and free drinks in the Executive Lounge with ‘executive’ room.
