Great hotel near the airport. There is a shuttle bus provided at Terminal 2 bus bay. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the nearby mall. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the luggage handlers. They carry it all the way to the room, and you can arrange for them to help bring it down to the lobby as well.

We stayed in the renovated room. It was very clean and comfortable. Lawson Convenience Store located inside the hotel is a plus, it sells various hot and cold food, even hot coffee. The free shuttle bus from and to Narita airport is very good as well. Highly recommended if you arrive at night at Narita; since the immigration clearance procedure could be very long.

A quiet and clean room, good lighting, very attentive staff, plenty of toiletries. The breakfast was excellent and we got promptly to the airport in the morning using the shuttle bus. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy this hotel for longer time.

Amazing airport hotel - I had minimal expectations, but this hotel was super clean, staff was VERY helpful (as I don’t speak Japanese) & the amenities (from extra toothbrushes, pj’s & restaurants on site) were FANTASTIC. HIGHLY recommend.

This is the ideal place to stay when arriving in Narita late at night after a long flight. The shuttle service to and from the airport is efficient as are the check in staff. The rooms are quiet, compact and pristine. Do get the breakfast which starts at 5.30am. On my first trip I didn’t as I noticed the convenience store Lawsons was on site for emergencies/ but the airport cafes don’t open early. Highly recommended.
