This was my second stay at Oriental Hotel, and I chose to come back because of its convenient location. It's easy to reach and a great place to stay even if you don't plan to visit Universal Studios. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, which offers a great variety of delicious food. I especially loved the fresh orange juice machine that squeezes oranges on the spot. The hotel also provides a welcome lounge for guests, which is a nice touch and makes the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had another pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Love friendly staff, rooms were clean, comfortable bed. I had a family room that sleeps 6 people, room was small but it had almost everything we needed except for an iron which we requested and was sent to us in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options and food is good, but they do serve the same food everyday I will have love to see maybe a few dishes change everyday. They also offer free snacks between 6-9 pm (ice cream, cookies, drinks and hotdogs). Very conveniently located at universal studios you only walk for 3 minutes and you are at the entrance of the park. Train station is also conveniently located within a 3 minute walk from the hotel. This is a family friendly hotel. We definitely enjoy our stay at this hotel.

What a beautiful magnificent hotel, is inside universal studios, so many restaurants to choose from, also food courts for the kids and attractions and arcades and claw machines. Theirs also convinces store 3 to choose from. Such as 7-11 also a big Lawson. The staff was amazing and the hotel is wonderful can Waite to return. Also has its owed Metro line, we used it for our tours.

Excellent location. You can walk to the park in 3 mins. Breakfast with the room was great. Gets busy by 8:30 so go slightly earlier. Self-serve luggage rooms make it really easy to leave your suitcases. Would recommend for USJ

The location is great, very close to the JR and USJ. There is a hotel phone in the room, but there are no instructions on what number to call to reach the staff. What’s the point of having the hotel phone then? The luggage storage room is convenient to use, and even though the staff isn’t great at English, they are trying their best to help. I felt like this is a common thing in hotels in Japan: the flush water smells bad, but this only happened after flushing the toilet.

The staff is not helpful unless you are Japanese, they had cross contamination with mangos and I had a terrible allergic reaction and they laughed in my face. They don’t have luggage carts on the first floor where you arrive - they do not help with anything at all. Our shower did not work and they didn’t care - the paint was peeling in the bathroom and the lobby chairs where gross and stained

Clean room that is convenient for USJ. No laundry available though which is something to be aware of. Universal city can be very crowded when USJ visitors are heading home making Lawsons difficult to buy anything in.

I stayed one night at the hotel after visiting USJ. Hotel is very beautiful, nice staff, and they had a welcome lounge area with complimentary refreshments. The room was spacious, clean, comfy beds. However, there was an issue with my room key not working properly, then three hours later another couple was trying to enter my room because it was reassigned to them. Weird. I was too exhausted from USJ to say anything about it. I also booked a massage via the QR code provide by the hotel, but no one arrived. Ask the hotel for assistance with that.

The rooms were significantly bigger, the proximity to the park was great on a long day. Convenience stores all around with an amazing selection of food. The staff was so helpful and amazing and they provided free hot dogs each evening along with refreshments. If I ever travel to Osaka again, I will be staying here again.
