We have check in the hotel on 18/10. On the next day morning, I have make a phone call to the hotel receptionist to clean up my room, the receptionist had respond me Okay. But after I went back to the hotel, I have noticed that they have no clean up the room and even didn't refill a new shampoo and shower for me! I have no idea with the hotel operation and management.
