Even though I am giving this resort a 5-star rating, you must read this carefully—because by American standards, this may not be your cup of tea. The resort itself is nice, but the service can be extremely poor unless you engage management directly—even for basic needs like fresh towels or a TV remote battery. Your experience will depend on your patience and willingness to escalate issues. My recent stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech was initially very challenging, but ultimately redeemed by outstanding management. I arrived with a Junior Suite booking and upgraded to a Luxury Suite, but the first room had a broken shower and an undesirable view. The second suite smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. After spending much of the evening changing rooms, I returned to a Junior Suite, which unfortunately had no window in the bedroom and poor ventilation since the AC was not operating, making it uncomfortably warm. Housekeeping was highly disappointing. Multiple requests for basic items were repeatedly promised but never delivered, even after follow-ups—far below five-star expectations. What made the difference was management. Mr. Lahcen, the supervisor, was attentive and resolved the situation by providing a significantly better room & quickly addressed the service issues. Thanks to him, my experience was turned around. Without their intervention, this would have been a 1-star stay.

Stayed for three nights in Marrakesh, before and after my adventures in Zagora. Each time I returned, the staff greeted me with a natural, honest kindness that made the place feel almost familiar. The restaurants, the bars, the peaceful pool, all pleasant. A quiet corner of calm in the middle of the city’s constant motion.

I was insulted by the pool staff. The supervisor was unapologetic. I raised this with front desk management and I was offered an apology. I am extremely disappointed and flabbergasted with the action of one particular accor hotel staff and his supervisor. Unfortunately I did not get their names but I did raise this with hotel management. There was no indication that they addressed the issue

Do not stay here! Was awful, had a pool closed. No sunbeds or towels. And in addition the service took ages, 1 situation was 2 hours to get a bottle of water! 100% not a 5*! AVOID!

The room did not have any air conditioning. The rooms are all advertised as having air conditioning, therefore it is misleading. No alternative was provided and we were advised the hotel is not running the AC. With a small child this was a difficult stay in a hot room. I wouldn't recommend it.

The resort is fantastic. The pool is great also loved the food. The staff is very inefficient so taking a star off. It was hard to talk to the concierge at time since no one spoke English and they would often default to “no”. They kept calling the wrong number from child care center when our kid was crying etc.

Kind of overhyped to be honest. If you've been to other 5 star hotels, this one pales in comparison. The free breakfast and chocolate hour are great but all other amenities felt way too expensive. The appearance outward was great but our room had a barely functional toilet. Also staff didn't seem as friendly or willing to help us as they did with caucasian clients. They were always helped faster and given more attention while every time I asked a question, they looked at me like I want to kill their dog or something. I also constantly got mismatched information from different staff and they generally just gave me the attitude that they did not want to help me, and always made me explain things several times.

The property is well located. Walking distance to main amenities like shops and restaurants. However the hotel and its management are very very disorganised and unhelpful. Having booked a room with balcony, I have presented with a small room with at tiny terrace and NO AIRCONDTIONING. I reported the problem inly to be told that none of the rooms have air con...!! ~Then was presented with a larger room...agin with no air con. I did not sleep for 4 night as it was too hot and hotel management did not care! This is disgusting...I WOULD AVOID THIS HOTEL.

To start, the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. However, the room I requested with a balcony faced a wall, I had no view. I went right back down to the front desk and asked if they could change my room, they asked if I could come down later as they were busy, I agreed. When I came back down later, they said we are still very busy and to come back tomorrow, which I did. At this point, they told me they were fully booked. I never stepped foot on the balcony. In addition, the twin bed had a folded topper under the sheet that kept sliding off, making the bed very uncomfortable., every night I had to rearrange the bed topper. I almost fell out of the bed at least twice. The front desk had at least 4 to 5 people behind the desk each time I went down, they were just standing around I asked were they in training they said yes.. There was always a long wait at the front desk.. I have never left a bad review, this hotel was undeserving of a good review. I would not recommend.

I booked the deluxe suite which is supposed to be the most luxurious suite. The hotel is beautiful. But the hotel decided to give me the last building in the hotel which my balcony view is a parking lot, a construction site and a street with loud cars and motorcycles passing by. I complained with management they said that, they don't have any other suite available, and MAYBE tomorrow will check if there's any availability for them to change my room with horrible view and loud car noises, Well after this from all the electrical outlets, 1 only works, and one of the outlets messed up my girlfriends Dyson hair blower. On the closet there's no hangers, so how are we supposed to hang the clothes? We tried to order room service, we called lobby 4 times till someone answered and they gave me a number to order room service (with the attitude we really don't care) After 6 attempts finally somebody answer, very hard to order because there is NO MENU believe it or not. I would not recommend this hotel.

Having booked a room with balcony, I have presented with a small room with at tiny terrace and NO AIRCONDTIONING. I reported the problem inly to be told that none of the rooms have air con...!! ~Then was presented with a larger room...agin with no air con. I did not sleep for 4 night as it was too hot and hotel management did not care! This is disgusting...I WOULD AVOID THIS HOTEL.

To start, the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. However, the room I requested with a balcony faced a wall, I had no view. I went right back down to the front desk and asked if they could change my room, they asked if I could come down later as they were busy, I agreed. When I came back down later, they said we are still very busy and to come back tomorrow, which I did. At this point, they told me they were fully booked. I never stepped foot on the balcony. In addition, the twin bed had a folded topper under the sheet that kept sliding off, making the bed very uncomfortable., every night I had to rearrange the bed topper. I almost fell out of the bed at least twice. The front desk had at least 4 to 5 people behind the desk each time I went down, they were just standing around I asked were they in training they said yes.. There was always a long wait at the front desk.. I have never left a bad review, this hotel was undeserving of a good review. I would not recommend.

I booked the deluxe suite which is supposed to be the most luxurious suite. The hotel is beautiful. But the hotel decided to give me the last building in the hotel which my balcony view is a parking lot, a construction site and a street with loud cars and motorcycles passing by. I complained with management they said that, they don't have any other suite available, and MAYBE tomorrow will check if there's any availability for them to change my room with horrible view and loud car noises, Well after this from all the electrical outlets, 1 only works, and one of the outlets messed up my girlfriends Dyson hair blower. On the closet there's no hangers, so how are we supposed to hang the clothes? We tried to order room service, we called lobby 4 times till someone answered and they gave me a number to order room service (with the attitude we really don't care) After 6 attempts finally somebody answer, very hard to order because there is NO MENU believe it or not. I would not recommend this hotel.
