Our room has a very good view, clean, and well organized. The staff are really friendly and helpful, they helped us carry our luggage upstairs since there is no elevator in the building. The only improvement I would suggest is putting a mirror in the room, preferably one we can check our outfits out. Thank you!

The staircase was so steep and it felt deceiving because we didn’t know about it, however the front desk man was a gem of a human being. My friend couldn’t walk to the next flight of stairs so he made arrangements for us so we could be on the lower level, he was very kind to us and did a great job making us feel welcome, and he helped us with our bags. The hotel itself was okay but I loved the front desk man, I don’t want to type his name wrong but he was a nice Italian man.

I didn’t mind the area but my room was near the shared toilet, not only was it quite off putting being able to hear people but when they flushed it gurgled the trap for my shower and scared the life out of me; woke me up several times during the night, and then you have to listen to everyone use the keypads to get back into their rooms all night… I really didn’t have a nice stay

Very welcoming and attentive. The man in reception was friendly and was willing to offer extra towels/pillows if requested. The bathroom and communal areas were clean. The bed was very comfortable too - I had a double and it took up the room. It didn’t bother me but it might others if they need space.
The accommodation is very convenient only a few mins from Centraal and loads of shops/bars nearby. This is no fault of the location but it can get quite noisy outside FYI.

Hotel is only a short walk to the central train station. Location was perfect for us. You really get the city vibes staying at this hotel. Staff is friendly, respectful, and really wanted to make sure your stay was pleasant. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Only minor issue was that the shower could sometimes spike with hot or cold water. Otherwise, would recommend, and would return in the future

Hotel is in a great location for transport and has bars, food outlets and supermarkets nearby. It was quite noisy outside even from the third floor. Room was not as shown in the picture you see when booking, and had a sink on the wall making it harder to get in to bed. Stairs are very steep and spiral, I wouldn’t like to go up or down after a night on the beer. Ok for a cheap one night stay but prefer own bathroom and better stairs if I was staying for a few nights or more

Budget hotel in great location; super tiny room and no elevator.

- relatively clean facility
Not a fan
- no elevator and awkward spiral staircase which is typical of budget hotels in the area. Carrying luggage up and down stairs is quite difficult.
- rooms are super tiny. My room had a bed, tiny sink and small shower. No place to put the luggage!

Great location; quick walk from Amsterdam central train station and close to most downtown attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a budget hotel with no amenities. It is more like a dormitory with private rooms. Rooms are VERY small which is typical of budget hotels in this area. The room was relatively clean.
Be aware that this hotel does not have elevator and stairs are super narrow and awkward! Dragging heavy bags up and down stairs is a challenge. You may want to take out whatever cloths you need and leave rest if you luggage at the office.
