The room was spacious with big windows overlooking the canal. The room was clean and really confortable. The hotel is not in the city center, but conveniently located near a metro/train/tram station. The staff was friendly. The hotel has a really great vibe, with sofas and chairs in the lobby, and a cafe on the ground floor. I would book this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Amsterdam. The hotel is impressively clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing—everything feels thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating; they even assisted me with an early check-in, which made my arrival much smoother.
Breakfast was convenient, with the option to book it in advance or decide the day before. The location is also excellent—being so close to Amstel Station made it really easy to get to the city center and explore Amsterdam.
All in all, a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located slightly outside the city center, but fortunately, it’s right next to a major train, metro, or tram station, making transportation very convenient. The hotel itself is decent—nothing particularly memorable, but it covers the basics. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant. The rooftop area was a charming touch. We dined at the hotel restaurant; the food was average. As for the room, it was quite basic, but it was functional.

We loved our stay at Hotel Casa - the rooms were nicely decorated and minimalistic. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I have an allergy and dietary requirements and the staff were very helpful and offered suggestions and advice. The staff went above and beyond in several ways but what stuck out to us most was that a staff member came up to check on us after we’d mentioned that the tv wasn’t working - she came to ensure it was still working after the maintenance team came to fix it and was very lovely.

This was a great place to stay. Our room was quiet and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was an easy walk to the metro. The restaurant was good. My only concern would be staying in the Summer. We could only change our heat by1.5 degrees and open a small window (plus use a provided fan). It was a little warm for us a couple of nights.

As a whole I am satisfied with the CASA hotel. It's a few minutes walk to train and bus station. Staff are nice. The only thing I am concerned is about sound proofing. I could hear people talking in the next room when I was near the window

This was a great stay in Amsterdam. I was traveling to a conference and the hotel was near the conference center. The hotel had a quality restaurant with a really good buffet. Will not hesitate to stay at this location in the future.
