They upgraded my single room and was available for early check-in room was big enough for four people I always stay at the Inntel and would highly recommend for the location friendly staff and overall spotless you won't be disappointed

Lovely staff, excellent room and prime location. The booking was last minute due to a cancelled flight but the hotel were great to communicate with and very helpful and accommodating.

This was our 3rd time staying at Intell Amsterdam Centre.
The hotel is ideally situated. Close to all the main shopping areas. Sightseeing attractions are not far on foot but public transport is very close by. The room was spotless snd cleaned everyday. We highly recommend this hotel.

The toilet door should be wooden for privacy, also i smell every day weed in the corridor.. i saw mouse during the breakfast which was paid additional and the whole staff try to couch

Room was ok only certain plugs worked in our room rang up about this girl on reception desk told us to give her 5 mins and she’ll ring back she never did ,staff aren’t the friendliest the man who deals with the luggage was very rude to me and my partner due to cancellation on our flight we had to rebook again and the girl on the reception desk didn’t care just told us a price put us in a room with single beds room didn’t look clean either smoke buds on the floor and wallpaper all the wall starting to rip very disappointing experience again use to love this hotel but now I just feel like it’s gone down hill

Breakfast was good. Hotel location is also very good. The front desk staff were very helpful. Only problem was that taxis or Uber were not available. One has to solely depend on the hotel’s taxi subcontracted service - a bit expensive.

Such an amazing lace to stay. Spring for a suite, you won’t be disappointed. Love the massive whirlpool and Sauna in the room. Excellent location too.
