Hotel did not provide even the basics. There was not hand soap, no hand towel or floor towel. And although we asked several times each day we had to ask again and again to get them. Some lights were broken so room was not properly lightened. The hotel looks badly maintained. I would definitely not stay again.

The room was filthy. The dead bugs on the ceiling, mould in the bathroom and who only knows what has been smudged over all the walls. The window frames had holes in it . They do not provide hand soap and take away you floor mat for the bathroom and do not replace it . The “matress” was more of a yoga mat ( not kidding, it was seriously thin). If that’s not enough, you will not get any sleep what so ever with the street noise, trams, cars, busses, smashing glass and people . Unfortunately this was a last minute booking for me and I didn’t get time to look around for a better place Some serious money and care needs to be put into this place to bring it upto a better standard DO NOT STAY HERE

No kettle. No coffee. No working phone. No telly. Fire alarm went off twice in one night. No explanation.

Slightly dirty walls, old worn towels, bed sheets. Everything was good and was a cheap hotel, so good value. Good location!

Room 203 had a lot of black mold. We will be submitting a complaint with hotel management.

Take a basic hotel but with lovely staff and in a brilliant location. Highly recommend.

Great value for the area you're 30min walk from centraal station. Everything else is walkable and it's quiet considering everything around. Friendly staff too. Made our beds each day. Room was clean. There was heat and AC. We stayed 2 nights.

Staf were lovely and friendly and the room was cleaned daily if you needed it. A great stay and very convenient location.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed at the desk and staff appeared helpful with no concerns. However, upon entering the room - there were marks all over the walls, a strong smell of damp and damp markings on one wall. The TV did not work without the remote, which was not in the room either. We were woken intermittently during the first night, by a neighbouring room and slamming doors. We were also locked out of our room due to batteries running out on the automated card door lock mechanism, whilst the desk clerk was replacing this downstairs, I was confronted by a male customer as he was entering the room next door. It became apparent that the lone female in the room next to ours was a sex worker working from this hotel. Once this was reported to the desk clerk, whilst he attempted to be helpful - it was only heard to the extent that they would 'speak to the individual' to ensure she had no 'visitors' that night, and we were refused a different room or upgrade as an alternative. Whilst the staff were not rude, the response was awful and we would definately not recommend staying with them unfortunately.

Very comfortable stay. Room and bathroom were very clean. Easy book in and check out with very good staff

Rude staff.mould in patches off the room would definitely would not say this is a 3 star.

The wall in the room had a few dirty marks on the tv didt work and the heatimg wast uo to mich other than that place was deacnt

Location was excellent, room was small, but decent. Our 'city view' was into a filthy courtyard, so really, no view. Bed was comfortable, and staff was nice. For the price, I'd say it was good value. I'd stay here again for sure.

Small room. Very central location. Quiet neighbourhood. Excellent staff. Perfect for a nights stay.
