The place is awesome as well as the staff. We are requesting to cancel one of the rooms for Pamela Luy For her second night because she has to leave one day early because of an emergency. Please confirm that cancellation and refund for her second night. Thanks

Was fantastic... Really appreciate Narg, and Btuigas for their hospitality greeting me and my girlfriend while we stay there. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and great to have such a close walk to the mall and restaurants! Made for a very lovely experience for us both

Great hotel - clean, comfortable and perfectly located! Love being able to walk to a big mall, SM, for affordable and good meals instead of buffet breakfast everyday. Enjoyed our 4 day stay so much. Very accessible to everything.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊

The bathroom required a thorough cleaning, as it had a noticeable water stain, soap scum, and mildew. However, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast spread was impressive, catering to various dietary needs. The support staff were friendly and welcoming. On the downside, the towels were dingy and thin, and washcloths and hand towels were not available.

Upon checking in to our room around 10pm we see the towels were old, shredding and dirty. We called to have new, fresh, clean towels but it never arrived. We called the front desk again in the morning to bring clean towels and it arrived. The employee said its only now in the morning that he received the message even though he was working all night. They also did not provide hand towels. At 2am we awoke due to a fragrance smell coming from the hvac. For people who have lung issues its not healthy. We arrived at the Park Inn late at night and found no drinking water in the room. We were so thirsty but didnt find out until morning that theres drinking water in the hallway. The price you charged was not balanced with the service. We will never stay at this Park Inn again.

Stayed here for second year in a row over holidays/ great hotel, so clean staff so cortious and very convenient if you need any last minute shopping due to connect to the mall, we are back in a couple days but will visit next year during our annual family Christmas visit,
