Everything is good. Improvement for breakfast: - Need to add more protein menu (meat, chicken, fish) - Pastry is bit frozen, and we weren't allowed to warm it up in the toaster.

Please pray that we can come back to Madina and stay with Pullman Zamzam again soon. We tremendously enjoyed our stay here. Hats up to the front office lady, great concierge, and restaurant staff. One request though. Can you please add more options to the in-room menu? I tried to order online but it was too much stress dealing with the drivers. Thank you.

The location very close to Al Rowdah entering from gate 2. Clean and comfort room, lobby and other public areas. The bath room supplies excellent you will get what you need. The only minor thing was the breakfast. I stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast menu repeating the same items. I wished they will serve some south-east Asian cousine. The staff helpful and a waiter at lobby lounge name Muhammad was very nice, he got me chair to have breakfast at VIP.
