Hotel Nuevo Boston

If you don't mind sleeping with open window next to a noisy main road after a warm day in Madrid because the Hotel shuts off the AC at 10 pm according to the reception staff, then this is your place. Everything else is perfect!!!!

The accommodation was great! But there wasn't enough space on the bus for the airport shuttle when we needed it (at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM) and had to take it at 5:00 AM (very early).

Highly recommend this for excellent airport access, great service, 24 hour bus service and great staff. A life saver for us as they let us check in early after a long flight.

Very nice lounge area and/or patio to wait for the room to be ready after a long flight, good breakfast, nice bar and restaurant. Close to airport. Great spot when just passing through Madrid. Lovely staff.

Room was very clean, quiet, spacious. Bed was firm. Pillows were the worst I have ever experienced, so quality of sleep was poor. Upgrade these terrible pillows. Breakfast was good quality.

Easy shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff. Our room had a bathtub! Loved it

It was trendy and modern. However, the advertised airport shuttle was too full to use going back to airport. Be sure to have alt transportation

Disappointing stay at Hotel Nuevo Boston in Madrid. The service and facilities are not what I would expect from a four-star hotel. For example, there was no coffee maker in the room, and the staff at the front desk was unfriendly. There was only access to tap water, which did not taste good. We could buy only expensive (4 Euros) bottled water in the bar (there was no vending machine or other alternative, for example, filtered water). Finally, our room was facing the freeway, and despite listing sound-proof windows, that was far from the case. There was no nice area to sit in the hotel - the area shown in the picture is immediately next to the dining area and not a place you would want to sit and read a book. The room itself was nice enough, and the bed was comfortable. Finally, the free shuttle to the airport was convenient on the day of departure but very difficult to use upon arrival as it can only be booked by telephone and cannot be booked in advance.

I had a wonderful stay here. The airport shuttle was perfect for me as I had a super early morning flight out of Madrid. I’d booked here out of convenience but was very pleasantly surprised with how amazing it was here.

Staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and spacious. Basic restaurant area. Bar area with couches and chairs. Not much around the hotel for dining or shopping but the restaurant and bar inside the hotel was sufficient.

Unfortunately, the room temperature was not adequate. I contacted the front desk, and their only solution was to turn off the heating. However, the room remained uncomfortably hot, making my stay far from pleasant.

Nice hotel for coming or going to the airport. Service was great and food was what we needed.
