Very good!

Limited amenities but a very nice clean and well maintained room. Had a few questions in advance of my stay which staff answered promptly. Within a few hundred feet of the train station making it very convenient. Also lots of restaurants and shopping beginning just outside the front door.

I will start with our check in which we arrogantly about 2 hours and Denis very cordial and pleasant checked us in and guided us to our room. The room didn’t have any view however it was very clean quiet and complete with all the amenities including much needed air conditioner. Later in the evening I raised a concern that we had an issue with bathroom and also reminded the staff via messaging of no view. The following morning we were pleasantly surprised once again by Denis that he wanted to show us our new room to be sure it is what we want and he offered to transfer all of our luggage to the new room even we were on a rush to catch our first city tour. Breakfast buffet was great with cold and hot items and various selections. Congratulations to Denis and entire staff for providing superb and awesome service. I hope management recognizes the entire staff for providing such an excellent service with smile. Thank you so much.

Air conditioning was a must, room was clean, shower great but room a little small. But, Given it is right next to the station, I would definitely use again next time I am at the Montreux Jazz Festival.

The breakfasts were good, although the croissants were not completely fresh, there was an abundance. The view from my room was a horrid flat roof and an air condition duct but the hotel was ideally positioned opposite the railway station and next to the metro so these misgivings can be forgiven. The room came with limited free local rail travel which was a godsend.

Simple, no frills renovated room, with a peek view of the mountains and lake behind the station. Room was clean and super convenient location steps from the railway station and the rental car agency. Very friendly front desk staff.

It’s close proximity to both the Metro and the railway station in Lausanne made this a great base for our visit to Lausanne area!

Conveniently located across from the train station, this hotel was a bit frayed around the edges. Rooms were very small and spartan. The area around hotel a bit sketchy.

Air conditioning, clean rooms, attentive and conscientious staff, easy access to the railroad and the Metro. What can you ask for

The hotel’s location is excellent, directly across from Lausanne train station, making it very convenient for travelers. However, the property shows its age. The furniture was outdated and worn, the bed frame and carpets showed significant wear, the drapes and comforter had holes, and the room had a strong musty smell. While the bathroom and common areas were clean, the room’s condition did not feel consistent with a 4-star property. On the positive side, the staff was accommodating and responsive throughout my stay. One additional note: I booked six prepaid nights through Expedia but informed the front desk at check-in and checkout that I would leave one day early and use only five nights. I requested a refund through Expedia. Expedia later said they had contacted the hotel multiple times for approval, but their emails went unanswered. If you encounter a similar situation, obtain written confirmation of any refund approval before departure and provide it to Expedia. Doing so may save considerable time and frustration. Overall, the location is excellent and the staff is helpful, but the condition of my room fell well short of my expectations for a 4-star hotel.

Next to the train station and metro station so it’s very convenient to go everywhere. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

It was a nice hotel right across from train station. So location was great if you’re traveling by train. Nice walk to the lake. Town was interesting to walk around and see all the old buildings.

A functional hotel conveniently situated opposite Lausanne railway station and 40 yards from the metro entrance. The complimentary transport card that is provided allows easy access up to the old town (2 stops) and down to the lakeside (4 stops). My room facing the station (currently undergoing major expansion) was compact and reasonably comfortable, with a notably high pressure shower. The station surroundings are typically unprepossessing but the attractive parts of the town are not far distant.

Located right across from the train station, this hotel was quiet and well situated for anything Lausanne. The accommodations are simple but it gets the job done. The staff is quite helpful. We have stayed in several places here and this one works out just great.
