Staff was great with the breakfast service & when asked for local suggestions. Room & hotel is great, the view of the mountains is amazing with only a 7min walk to the train station. Overall very satisfying.

Great view of Mt Pilatus, staff were very helpful, and parking was very accessible. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Walking distance to the bus and train station, which made it easy to go to city centre.

We stayed here as the first stop on our honeymoon through Switzerland and Italy. Upon arrival we were surprised to see our bed decorated with rose petals and heart shaped towels, along with a card, a complimentary bottle of wine and some chocolates. Definitely started our trip off on the right foot. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable as well. The location was great, a short 5 minute walk to the train station to make use of the Lucerne visitor card for frequent trips into Lucerne city center.

Overall pretty nice property. Kinda far removed from a lot of things and lots of construction. Staff was all excellent!
