We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our stay in Chatrium. The staff are accomodating. The river view is breathtaking. They gave us a welcome drink which is sweet. The pool is nice, overlooking the river as well. Breakfast is good too. We will book the same hotel the next time we come back.

Beautiful view (riverside suite), fantastic buffet breakfast, very polite and helpful staff! Pool area was beautiful though we did not swim. The riverboat shuttle to Sathon Pier was very convenient and we used it almost every day.

I cannot say enough about this hotel!! My husband and I loved our stay there and would stay again in the future. From the moment we checked in, we received a room upgrade and the staff were all so welcoming!! The room itself was heavenly!! It was a suite with a kitchen, sitting room, separate bathroom and then the bedroom with a balcony. I requested a high floor and did get one because I wanted the view of the river and the city. It was nice to have coffee in the morning on the balcony. The bed was so comfortable with soft pillows! We had no issues falling asleep there! Their breakfast includes so many options. Let’s say you will not go hungry! They also have a boat taxi to take you to two locations. The hotel is also with walking distance to Asiatique Mall. The staff are impeccable with their service.

Hard to imaging a better way to spend almost a week exploring Bangkok. The Chatrium Riverside is beautiful, modern. We had a gorgeous two room king suite with a balcony and rooms looking right up the river. Really sensational. The room was well appointed, the staff wonderful, and the hotel’s regular ferry service to ICON Siam and major Sathon Pier made getting around Bangkok super easy. To beat the heat we found ourselves at the Chatrium’s lovely and spacious poolside area overlooking the river and spipping cocktails in the shade.

Smooth welcoming check in Really nice room with river view Most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Amazing varied breakfast with very attentive staff. Problem sorted very quickly - in the middle of the night I noticed that water was dripping from one of the air conditioning vents. I called reception and within 5 minutes an engineer was sent and a porter arrived to take me and all my gear to an upgraded suite. Next day I had a courtesy call to apologise again and to see how the new room was. This can happen to any hotel, it's how they respond that matters. 5*
