We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our stay in Chatrium. The staff are accomodating. The river view is breathtaking. They gave us a welcome drink which is sweet. The pool is nice, overlooking the river as well. Breakfast is good too. We will book the same hotel the next time we come back.

We have just spent 10 fantastic nights at the Chatrium Riverside, it was an amazing experience from our upgraded room to a 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the river, 10 beautiful breakfasts, incredibly friendly staff, big shout out to BENZ the chief consierge who helped us out several times during our stay. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Facility is beautiful, rooms are spacious, staff is courteous and breakfast has a huge selection of Western, Thai, Chinese and Indian dishes. The hotel also has its own pier with hourly service to the nearest public boat pier as well as a few trips each day to the IconSiam shopping mall.

Highly recommend. The staff is what set it apart and above anywhere else. The view is phenomenal and the location is very safe and walking distance to alot of places you want to go Starbucks, 7-11, massages, hair salon, food, mini market/carnival rides.

We have stayed at the Riverside many times, but first time at The Chatrium and this was probably our favourite for this trip. Huge rooms with Kitchen facility and so much space! Breakfast was first class and so much variety, the pool was really well-maintained and overlooked the river, plus enough sunbeds for everyone and the sky bar sensational with 36" views of the river.. We left early on our last day and they gave us a fantastic bag full of breakfast items that we pre-selected, a really nice service. Can't afford the hotel and we would definitely return.

This is a perfect choice for a riverside property in Bangkok. We used the boat shuttle with frequency to nearby ICONSIAM and enjoyed the hotel's buffet immensely. Our corner suite was endlessly entertaining to watch busy river "traffic", and the staff knew our names by the second day so we always felt appreciated.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at the Chatrium. It does everything right without feeling pretentious. Breakfast superb, staff couldn't be friendlier or more cooperative, furnishings were tasteful, maintenance was obviously of a high standard, also very good value. Will come again when in Bangkok.

Overall, a fantastic experience! Will highly recommend staying here! Our room was large! More like an appartment with 2 seperate rooms and toilets! Which was great for a family of 4. Highly recommend the hotel. The staff are so hospitable and friendly. Very close to most tourist attractions. A game room with maybe darts, ice hockey, bean bags, table tennis or pool table for older kids entertainment is worth considering and not just a playground. The pool and the poolside is great!
