There's just one minor issue: the room had a smell coming from the bathroom drain.

Rooms are okay, views are great, food is good, staff is helpful.

The reception staff at the counter, the housekeepers, and the parking attendants were all excellent, especially the receptionist at the counter. I was very impressed.

Limited parking, air conditioner dripping water, repairs took a very long time with no system to notify customers – customers had to handle it themselves. Room changes were not allowed, and no compensation was offered. Information requests took a long time, the room smelled musty, staff service was poor, and there was a mistake – the room wasn't ready but they let us up anyway, requiring a room change, wasting a lot of time. The bellhops seemed unwilling to help. Very disappointed.

The breakfast room was hot, had no air conditioning, and was a bit dark. Everything else was okay.

The hotel wasn't very good; it was lacking a few things here and there.

The room I got was small and very damp inside. It wasn't tiled, so walking around the room felt wet underfoot. I wasn't very impressed. I paid over 4,000 baht for the room on a weekend, but the cleanliness and luxury weren't worth the price.

It's nice. There's a beach to play on, and the rooms smell great.

The atmosphere is quiet and private, with a private beach, which is great. Perfect for couples and families. The hotel is beautiful.

The accommodation is peaceful and right by the sea. The staff provided excellent service, even though it was December 31st. Highly recommended.

I checked in very late; it was 4 PM. The food was okay. But the hotel looks a bit old. I wish they would improve the check-in time.

The swimming pool is good and convenient. The kids in this house really like it.

The accommodation is nice, the staff are friendly, and there are various swimming pools, both for children and adults. It's a good place for families to visit. The bedroom is clean. I'll definitely come back.

Not quite impressive. First, I got the Club Suit room at the back Bldg. With not a good view. When trying to take a good hot bath tub after a long ride, the hot tap is too lose that I could not run the water. So, need to ask the maintenance staff to fix it. At the bedtime, I could not sleep as well because the air condition was too noisy that I had to complain. The manager offered me to upgrade the room, so I had to shifted the room at the middle of the night. Again the upgraded room also had a problem of clogged sink & no hot water (only the warm water set for both shower & bath). Beside, the what so-called upgrade room is better for ocean view only (with less noise from air condition) but has smaller size, no living room area (same as a studio type room). Also, the staffs seem to be well-trained with service mind though unable to slove problem of ridiculous hotel condition.

Premium pool access is possible for a short while. Ask staff to inform that because some customers check out late but the main problem is that there are not enough housekeepers. No hair dryer! The doormat has black marks. The pool is dirty. When people play in the water, it is clearly turbid. The exterior of the building became shabby.
