I stayed with my family with 2 rooms. There are renovated rooms, so make sure with your options before you make the booking. The room view is amazing. The staff is very helpful. Friendly staff, easy self-checking in and checking out using computers. Really convenient location to MRT entrances, bus stops. Easy walking to Ximending shopping area. The room is clean. Kudos to the housekeeping team. Plan to stay here in future visit.

The view from the room is absolutely stunning. The outdoor area is also extensive and impressive. Overall, everything is fine. I've stayed here twice and have always been pleasant.

The location is great, Big C and Platinum Mall are within walking distance. Clean rooms and shower water pressure is good. Hotel manager Elan and concierge staff are helpful.

Spending three days and two nights here feels like stepping back in time. The buildings are classic, aesthetic, and historic, beautiful, truly breathtaking. I'm amazed that such a magnificent structure could be built on a mountain. Vietnam is truly amazing compared to its own homeland.

I was so satisfied staying here. The facilities are complete, so you don't need to go anywhere else. Just enjoy the hotel facilities, from the balcony room, swimming pool, private beach, and boogie board ready to take you to the beach area. The beach is also exclusively for hotel guests, not for the public, so it's safe, clean, and you can find a great spot for photos and videos. 😊

My stay at Gaia Hotel Bandung is incredible. The rooms are modern, the valley views are stunning, and the vibe is pure relaxation. My top tip: block out 2 hours from one of the mornings just to explore the hotel, it has an amazing garden and a cafe with a view that helps set the relaxing vibe for the day to come.
