Wrong room and unflexible for customers

Great hotel with friendly staff, the hotel are very close to airport so it's very convenient to stay there when travel. Was great noodle soup for the morning food at the top floor! The rooms is clean and mostly everything is very fine about this hotel.

Narrow and dirty, I left to rent another hotel and gave up the fee that I paid.

Location is good and the prices.

Room was great. Pick up from airport was excellent. Breakfast superb. The only negative was front office rep wouldn't organise a shuttle to the airport for me. I waited and hour and half, asked repeatedly. I ended getting a Grab and going to the airport myself.

Location and clealiness are ok. TV does not work. Water is warm enough. Stayed here for several times. The hosts are friendly (most of the time), except for the house keeper. The owners should monitor their employee more closely, especially if they let her handle any kind of cash transactions. We reported our issue to them, but they did not respond promptly/ no solution at all,a little bit dissapointed. Its not a big deal since its just couple $. And because its not much, we can not tell which scenario is true: is the housekeeper being dishonest or does she really confuse ?

I left my headphones on my room and went out. when I came back, it's gone!!! I required the hotel's receptionist to solve the problem but the only answer that I received was they didn't steal. OMG...so disappointed at their answers. You know, They evently did not try to find a reason why my headphone's gone... and last but not least, their bodyguard is not kind. I had to wait for 10 minutes to recieve my bike ticket because they did private things at that time...
