Luxury Double Room doesn't have a balcony or terrace as they post on the room facilities. Room smells badly and it isn't clean. We had to degrade to deluxe room but it wasn't better.

We got a really good price for a room with two double beds and windows so we didn’t expect much. The hotel was close to Night Market and the Center of the City. The room was clean and the staffs were helpful with whatever we need. It just took while, about 20’ for warm water to get ready. We had a pleasant stay!
