During my numerous stays at Le House Hotel, I've generally had positive experiences. However, this time, I decided to indulge myself by booking the Le Patio Suite. To my disappointment, upon arrival, I discovered that none of the rooms are actually suites or feature patios. It seems the hotel employs creative naming tactics to manipulate pricing strategies across various platforms, a tactic that provides plausible deniability and avoids price matching scenarios. Despite this deception, the overall stay was still satisfactory, especially considering the reasonable price point. The staff were friendly, although the linens appeared dated, and I found myself needing to request extra towels daily, as they only provided two each day without amenities like a bathmat or face cloth.

Hotel staff was great and very friendly. The food at the restaurant was not great and requires a relook. Chicken wings I ordered appeared to be not fresh at all and covered in flour which I didn't expect.

The rooms aren't like the pictures on the web. They are old and smell bad

The room is small compared with similar room with ocean view. There is no balcony. I asked for high floor but get the lowest floor. No motorbike rental available because we didn't bring our driving license.

Good place with a good price and promotion. I will return when coming back Đà Nẵng
