Was a bit concerned when I found out the hotel had been rebranded from Raddison Blu to Majestic but found there was nothing to worry about. Room was well appointed and very clean & comfortable Slept a little too well due to a heavy night so unfortunately cannot comment on breakfast Would definitely stay again

Room and facilities can't be faulted. Slight frustration when issue with room key took a while to be resolved as there was no-one on reception. Would have also liked drinks to have been replenished on the 2nd day.

This is hotel is advertised as a raddisson blu hotel …. It IS NOT A RADDISDON HOTEL! it has changed to majestic and these are 2very different establishments! Gone are the plush rooms gone are the amazing clean rooms gone the concierge lounge ( replaced by a pool table!)breakfast…. well wasn’t worth the money plus there were probably only 5 families having breakfast while we’re were there and they had sectioned the best bit off where you could watch the trains. The only thing it has going for it were the 2 poor receptionists who were originally Raddisson employees who were trying they’re best with all the complaints.Save your money and go to premier inn it’s nearer the train ststion and has better facilities. Photos are of their executive room🤔😳

Clean, decent bathroom and shower. Room was very bare, tired and sad looking! Room didn’t feel 4* at all! They’re in the middle of changing to a new hotel brand called Majestic. But great location for the utilita arena.

Was told breakfast served on 1st floor but when we went there it was closed. Told room service only but even reception staff were not aware and no information in rooms. Asked to see Manager who served us with food but obviously did not have full choice so not a good experience. Apparently all due to a change of management so hardly any guests but we were not informed by Expedia or offered an alternative hotel so not a good ending to our stay.

We stayed one night. Would have stayed for two but for firstly when checking in the receptionist Alex or Alexandra just upped and left half way through booking us in as her shift ended with out a buy or leave. The other staff we had interaction with were very god. The Room was ok but not great for the price.breakfast was devastated by a team of professional rugby team,not much left although they did rally a bit. The hotel in general is a little tired and showing signs of neglect. We decided that one night was enough and moved on.
