About XTrans

Xtrans adalah perusahaan asal Bandung yang bergerak di bidang jasa transportasi. Perusahaan ini secara khusus menyediakan layanan angkutan antar-kota jenis shuttle travel. Daerah operasional Xtrans utamanya lintas kota Jakarta – Bandung. Perusahaan jasa transportasi ini melayani penumpang untuk rute Jakarta – Bandung, pulang-pergi, terhitung sejak tanggal 5 Mei 2005. Seorang pengusaha asal Bandung, Erlangga Ibrahim, ketika itu melihat potensi menjanjikan dari transportasi darat antar-kota Bandung dan Jakarta sebagai imbas persiapan Konferensi Asia Afrika ke-50. Dengan karakternya yang terkenal piawai memanfaatkan peluang, Erlangga Ibrahim kemudian menghadirkan Xtrans untuk mengakomodasi mobilitas masyarakat dari Bandung ke Jakarta, atau sebaliknya. Budaya perusahaan Xtrans sangat mengedepankan efisiensi waktu. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan ini menetapkan moto “pelopor on-time shuttle”. Moto tersebut menggambarkan dengan jelas bagaimana Xtrans selalu mengutamakan ketepatan waktu dalam melayani penumpangnya. Di kalangan penyedia layanan shuttle travel, Xtrans adalah pemain pertama yang mengenalkan sistem “pool to pool”. Sistem ini mengadaptasi pola perjalanan tepat waktu yang diterapkan oleh moda transportasi kereta api. Dengan sistem ini, penumpang yang naik shuttle travel diarahkan untuk keluar dari daerah asal dan masuk ke daerah tujuannya melalui pool yang tersedia. Sistem ini menjadi alternatif yang lebih efektif dibandingkan sistem lama yang umumnya menjemput dan mengantar penumpang melalui alamat masing-masing (sistem door to door). Dengan sistem ini, perusahaan dapat menyingkat banyak waktu yang selama ini terbuang akibat menjemput dan mengantarkan penumpang pada tempat yang berbeda-beda. Efisiensi dan efektivitas ini sangat terbukti hingga akhirnya seluruh penyedia layanan shuttle travel mulai menerapkan hal yang sama saat ini. Xtrans berkantor pusat di Graha Xtrans, Jalan Wirosari nomor 1, Blora, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat. XTrans Terms & Conditions

Passengers must check in at Xtrans’s counter at the departure point, max. 15 minutes before departure time.Otherwise, tickets will be canceled and passengers cannot ask for a refund.

Passengers must bring their Traveloka e-tickets to check in.

Passengers traveling from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport can board the shuttle from all terminals (Terminal 1, 2, and 3).

Departure time, route, and vehicle type can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.

XTRANS REFUND POLICY : After booking is complete, your bus ticket cannot be canceled and you cannot ask for a refund.

XTRANS RESCHEDULE POLICY : You cannot change your bus schedule after booking is complete.

How to Pay

You can pay for your XTrans tickets via bank transfer (ATM/SMS Banking/e-banking/bank teller), credit card, or with cash at mini markets (Alfamart).

Efisiensi E-ticket

Your Efisiensi e-ticket will be sent to you via email and SMS after your payment is confirmed. You can also see your e-ticket via My Booking at the homepage. You need to exchange the e-ticket with a paper ticket from Efisiensi. Show this e-ticket to the Efisiensi bus staff at your boarding point to get your paper ticket.
