Our stay was very good. The room was clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. A lot of food to choose from and the staff were constantly refreshing finished items. The kids had a blast in the pool. At times very busy but kids still loved it. Underground parking was very convenient but ceilings are very low. I’m 6’ 4” and I had to walk with my head bent down to not hit the pipes while walking. Mini van just barely made it in. Starbucks was accessible right from hotel. Market and other foods also accessible without going outside. Lobby was also very spacious and comfortable chairs. All in all we had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you.

This place is a great location . Place is clean , food is good, modern. My only concern is parking for minivans. Its very limited spots and the ceilings are low in the parking garage.

Great stay! Room and hotel were very clean and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Pool is nice for kids and breakfast was good. Was nice to park and the access the metro and not need to go outside in the cold. IGA across the hall from the lobby was also very convenient to grab snacks for the kids when being out and about all day. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was incredibly family friendly and super convenient to the metro line. A bit far from old town but still nice. There is a grocery store more or less connected to the hotel, which made it easy to pickup anything we forgot.

The pool and breakfast were great. Great location downtown. Sadly, they were unable to accommodate us with a playpen or crib as the hotel was full and they had run out… we were able to make a makeshift bed for our toddler using extra linen and the room’s small loveseat which we pushed next to our bed…

The hotel looks good once you arrive. It is well situated and the front desk staff is friendly. Rooms are basic. Bathroom had hair on the floor. Blankets were stained. But the worst thing was the lack of the basics. We were four people and had only two towels. We had to ask three times before towels were brought to us (took 3 hours). The next day, we ran out of toilet paper as it was not refilled when room was made. Another two calls were needed (took nearly two hours). Breakfast is decent but badly organized. Breakfast staff were rude but overwhelmed. The breakfast layout is not logical, so a long lind forms rapidly. Overall, a disappointing stay.

The front desk staff were all wonderful. The parking situation however was terrible. I have a midside SUV and we had to park in a garage a few blocks away, then had to walk on icy city sidewalks and got lost trying to get back to it. They should have valet parking for those who can't use the attached garage.
